[1] Pre-Installation Preparation
Ground Requirements: Installation requires level ground or support points.40mm supports are required on both sides of a 20-foot double-wing expandable house.
80mm supports are required on both sides of a 40-foot double-wing expandable house.
At least three support points per side. Determine foundation needs based on ground conditions (soft ground typically requires it, e.g., sand or mud).
[2] Items Required for Installation
Personnel: At least six people required for installation without a manual winch.
Tools: Prepare gloves, hard hats, electric drill, electric wrench or manual wrench.
Safety Inspection: When beginning to open the roof panel:After creating an opening, at least two people must brace the inner vertical panels.
Check for panel movement and ensure internal locking mechanisms are engaged andintact. Prevent accidents caused by roof panel lifting and lock failure.
