PRODUCT INSPECTION
We test containerized houses in five different ways.
- Waterproofing tests, which ensure that the containerized housing is fully waterproof and can withstand storm penetration to the maximum extent possible.
- Penetration test, which assesses the structural integrity of the container house and its ability to resist any potential damage or leakage caused by external forces.
- Roof gravity test, which measures the maximum weight that the roof of the container house can withstand without collapsing or being damaged.
- Stacking test to determine the maximum number of container houses that can be stacked together without causing any damage or instability.
- Lateral push test, to assess the ability of the container house to resist lateral forces such as wind or gravity.
By conducting these tests, we are able to comprehensively assess the ability of the houses to withstand various external forces and environmental factors. Solve customers’ concerns about the safety of the houses and increase satisfaction.
